Design Notes

The RBS for translating fadL and fadD are derived from BBa_B0034 and BBa_B0030, respectively. The TetR promoter is derived from BBa_R0040. The TetR promoter and RBS are linked to the fadD and fadL genes which were derived by PCR amplification from the genomic of E.coli K-12.
